Project Managers and Project Controllers

We specialise in managing complex change for our clients, typically at a strategic level. One of the most important services we provide is project management.

We often have opportunities for project managers, and project controllers, to work on a broad range of projects. As a minimum you will need to have:

• A degree in a numerate subject;
  
• Knowledge of structured project management methodologies;
  
• 2 to 8 years project management experience;
  
• A demonstrable track record of project delivery;
  
• Good interpersonal and written communications.

As important as the technical skills, is the ability to work as a fully participating member of a team.

For the more senior positions, we would expect you also to demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering concurrent, multiple, preferably multinational, projects that contributed to major strategic change.

A number of our clients rely on high technology for the delivery of their products and services. We are, therefore, also interested in project managers with complete system development lifecycle experience in a highly technical environment.

Applicants must be fully fluent in written and spoken English.

Fluency in other major European languages will be regarded as a useful asset but is not essential, since English is normally the working language.

Icon is based in the UK and most of our clients are in Western Europe. Therefore domicile in this region is preferred, and having the flexibility to travel is important.
