PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT | ||||
Programme management is typically applied when a portfolio of projects contributes to a single strategic business objective. The project portfolio may consist of a number of concurrent, interdependent projects affecting a number of business areas. Our approach recognises three key stages as outlined in the following diagram. Programme Definition concentrates on determining the scope, content, structure and plan of the programme. Programme Execution relies upon a defined programme organisation with appropriate authority to manage the programme risks, quality and change through the application of policies, standards and procedures. Programme Delivery measures the impact on business operations and ensures that the planned benefits are delivered. Our clientsWe have managed national and international programmes including manufacturing and process change, cost reduction and systems implementation. |
