At the tactical level, we take an operational view of the business and its internal processes and identify performance indicators, which will measure how efficiently and effectively the business is converting inputs into outputs. Controllable factors that drive performance are identified by means of influence diagrams, and we sometimes use business models to gain insight into the relationship between these factors and different aspects of performance. We have tailored this particular approach into a service offered to airports to help them measure and improve airside performance. |
